The mySussex Visitor Concierge is a text messaging program operated by Sentinel Dynamics, LLC (“we,” “us”), the publisher of mySussex.com. These terms apply to text messages sent from our concierge phone numbers, including 973-846-5674, 862-599-2777, and 862-599-2555.
1. Program Description
The mySussex Visitor Concierge program sends informational text messages to visitors who contact our concierge phone line and request information about Sussex County, New Jersey, such as links to local guides, attraction and restaurant information, booking links, event listings, addresses, and directions.
2. Opting In
You opt in to receive messages by verbally requesting, during a phone call to our concierge line, that information be sent to your mobile number. Messages are sent only in response to your request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your requests. In most cases you will receive one or a small number of messages per inquiry. We do not send recurring scheduled messages.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier for details.
5. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent to your number unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
